Welcome to TeethTalk Dental Clinic ("we," "our," or "the Clinic"). By creating an account and using this online system, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Use of the System & Eligibility

This platform allows patients to register, book appointments, view treatment history, and manage their billing summary online. You must be at least 18 years old—or have a parent or legal guardian register on your behalf—to create an account.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your profile promptly if any details change.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
• Notify the Clinic immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

• Appointments booked through this system are subject to confirmation by the Clinic. A booking request does not guarantee a slot until confirmed.
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
• Repeated no-shows (three or more) may result in temporary suspension of your online booking privileges.

4. Payment & Billing

Billing summaries displayed in this system are for informational purposes only. Final charges are determined at the time of service and may vary depending on the procedure performed. Payment terms and accepted methods are communicated by the Clinic directly.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Information presented on this website or system—including service descriptions, treatment records, and educational content—is not a substitute for professional dental diagnosis, advice, or treatment. Always consult a licensed dentist for your specific dental concerns.

6. Patient Responsibilities

• You agree to provide truthful and complete medical and dental history when requested.
• Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment.
• Follow post-treatment instructions provided by the Clinic.

7. Clinic Rights

TeethTalk Dental Clinic reserves the right to:

• Refuse or discontinue service to any user who provides false information, engages in abusive behavior toward staff, or commits fraud.
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved in repeated no-shows or misuse of the system.
• Modify clinic hours, available services, or pricing at its sole discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform—including the TeethTalk name, logo, design elements, and written materials—is the property of TeethTalk Dental Clinic and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, TeethTalk Dental Clinic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this system, including data loss, appointment scheduling errors, or system downtime.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
